I came up through procurement transformations; analyst to program director, every seat on the delivery side. Requirements, integrations, cutovers, adoption; project after project, across industries. I know where these programs win and where they stall. Now I help organizations find the real value in them and the technology behind them; more and more of that is AI.
Every AI you use starts from zero. I'm building the fix: one home for who you are; owned by you, versioned, readable by any AI you permit. It's live in production, and my own agent reads from it and writes back with my approval.
My personal agent, and the first live test of the Rooted Legacy idea. Its memory carries across every session; each night it decides what was worth keeping. It answers its own phone line, runs real errands in my name, and pushes back when I'm wrong. Every action is logged.
My smart home, named for the cartoon. The house knows whether I'm home, away, or asleep; lights, climate, the wall panel, and spoken announcements all follow from that. There's even a landline that answers with my agent on the other end. Nobody here configures anything.
Proxmox, UniFi, and Cloudflare tunnels in a closet; ten-odd virtual machines, self-hosted secrets, nothing port-forwarded to the internet. It runs my agent, my house, and every public site I own, including this one. Push to a branch and it deploys itself, snapshot first.
